Export Pit Host Offering of 55,000 tonnes of Iron Ore on Wednesday

On Wednesday, September 13, 2017, the export pit of IME will play host to offering of 55,000 MT of granulated iron ore from Sangan Complex.

According to the report by the IME’s International Affairs and PR, 10,000 MT of slab type C as well as 5,000 MT of bloom ingot from Khuzestan Steel Co. and 4,000 MT of 1000lb aluminum ingot from Iralco will be offered on the metal and mineral trading floor.

The report declares that 48,000 MT of bitumen and 400 MT of insulation will be offered on the export pit of IME.

Moreover, 51,803 MT of bitumen, polymer products, chemical products and VB feed stock will be offered on the oil and petrochemical trading floor.

The agricultural trading floor will witness offering of 234,750 MT of wheat, 12,000 MT of durum wheat, 300 MT of sugar, 150 MT of feed barley and 145,000 day old chicks.

Also, 19,206 MT of wheat will be offered on the same trading floor within the frame work of guaranteed price plan.

The side market of IME will experience offering of 7,137 MT of metal scrap, empty barrels, phosphate concentrate, nitrogen fertilizer, HRS thickness 2 and sugarcane and crushed sugar.
