-For natural person:

1- Original application form signed by the applicant
2- Notarized copy of the valid passport of the applicant
3- copy of the business license of the applicant signed and sealed by the embassy or consulate of Iran in the country of the applicant
4-Financial report or statements as discerned by the exchange

- For legal persons or entities:

1- Foreign legal person application forms
2- Notarized copy of the ID of top managers including CEO and members of the board of directors (passport  national ID cards, etc.)
3- Company registration documents (in the country of applicant) signed and sealed by the embassy or consulate of Iran in the country of applicant
4-Financial conduct report or audited financial statements at the exchange's discretion

Note: company registration documents to include: establishment certificate or license,  article of association or other docs alike, details of the ID of the top managers who are authorized to sign legal docs and the scope of their authority or power, business license or production license  issued in the country of origin ( signed and sealed by the consulate of Iran)
