Exports of 100,000 tonnes of Bitumen on Ira Mercantile Exchange

IME's export ring witnessed on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, trade of 102,000 tonnes of bitumen on IME.

According to a report by IME international affairs and PR, there were also 750 tonnes of insulation traded on this ring as well.

Based on this report, IME sold on its oil and petrochemical trading floor 35,549 tonnes of polymeric products. Moreover, o this floor, IME saw trade of 5,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom and 9,589 tonnes of various grade of bitumen.

On its agricultural trading floor IME hosted trade of 1,750 tonnes of consumer wheat, 127,000 day-old chicks, 1,550 tonnes of white sugar and 1,200 tonnes of feed barley. In addition to that, there were 5 tonnes of feed barley and 772 tonnes of consumer wheat sold on this floor in guaranteed price plan contracts.
