Offering over 83,000 tonnes of Steel on Metal and Mineral Trading Floor

On Monday, February 12, 2018, the metal and mineral trading floor of Iran Mercantile Exchange will play host to offering of 948 MT of I-beam, 1,516 MT of rebar from Isfahan Steel Company as well as 81,350 MT of HRS and CRS from Mobarakeh Steel Company.

According to the report by the IME’s International Affairs and PR, 1,320 MT of copper rod, 3,000 MT of copper cathode, 20,000 MT of low grade copper, 12 MT of precious metal concentrates, 190 MT of molybdenum sulfur, 3,000 MT of cement and 100 MT of zinc ingot will be offered on the same trading floor.

The report declares that 200 MT of powdered sulfur, 44,500 MT of bitumen and 300 MT of insulation will be offered on the export ring of IME.

Based on the report, 102,896 MT of VB feed stock, bitumen and polymer products will be offered on the oil and petrochemical trading floor.

The agricultural trading floor will witness offering of 9,600 MT of wheat, 170 MT of large lentil, 5,350 MT of sugar, 1,500 MT of crude vegetable oil and 325,000 day old chicks.

Moreover, 3,834 MT of maize will be offered on the same trading floor within the framework of supportive price plan.

The side market of IME will experience offering of 458 MT of frozen meat, 100 MT of lactic butter and 1,031 MT of metal scrap as well as 50 MT of used locomotive engine oil.
