Bitumen and Sulfur Sold on IME

On Saturday, January 02, 2021, the IME witnessed trades of 9,650 tonnes of bitumen and 2,000 tonnes of sulfur.

According to a report by the IME's international affairs and PR, the exchange also played host to trading of 1,102 tonnes of polymeric products, 15,519 tonnes of chemicals, 3,700 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 3,000 tonnes of sulfur and 278 tonnes of bitumen on its oil and petrochemical trading floor.

 Based on this report there were also 10,028 tonnes of I-beam basket, 5,014 tonnes of          I-beam traded on the IME's mineral and industrial trading floor.

The last trading floor to trade commodities was the IME's side market with 70 tonnes of scrap metals and 312 tonnes of PDA TAR sold on it.
