According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 500,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 70,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 18,240 tonnes of steel blooms, 8,917 tonnes of I-beams, 4,238 tonnes of rebars, 500 tonnes of CRC for auto-makers and 450 tonnes of aluminum billets.

There were also 11,722 tonnes of cement sold in matching trading system.

IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor was the next which saw trade of 39,600 tonnes of lube cut, 3,258 tonnes of polymeric products, 1,444 tonnes of chemicals and 50 tonnes of granular sulfur.

It's worth noting that the export ring played host to trade of 78,872 tonnes of bitumen, 4,000 tonnes of mixed rebars, 645 tonnes of waterproofing materials, 312 tonnes of base oil and 208 tonnes of slack wax (light grade).

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 5,000 tonnes of DRI sludge wastes and 135 tonnes of glass wool traded on it.
