According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the exchange saw on its metals and minerals trading floor trade of 2,645,213 tonnes of commodities valued at more than 596 million USD.

On this floor the IME sold 1,246,030 tonnes of cement, 655,000 tonnes of iron ore, 653,527 tonnes of steel, 76,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 62,855 tonnes of zinc, 8,135 tonnes of copper, 6,650 tonnes of aluminum, 600 tonnes of coke, 200 tonnes of cast iron, 200 tonnes of molybdenum concentrate and 12 tonnes of precious metals concentrate.

Based on this report, the IME saw trade of 4 apartments on its real estate trading floor.

Furthermore, the IME witnessed on both domestic and export rings of its oil and petrochemical trading floor 667,115 tonnes of commodities worth more than 270 million USD.

Commodities traded on this floor included 201,156 tonnes of bitumen, 169,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 101,595 tonnes of polymeric products, 35,824 tonnes of chemicals, 18,000 tonnes of lube cut, 15,820 tonnes of sulfur, 4,529 tonnes of oil, 750 tonnes of feedstocks and 500 tonnes of waterproofing materials.

The IME also traded within the same week 21,065 tonnes of goods on its side market.
