According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 20,000 tonnes of hot briquetted sponge iron (HBSI), 5,050 tonnes of aluminum ingots, 1,000 tonnes of low-grade copper, 850 tonnes of zinc ingots, 450 tonnes of CRC and 125 tonnes of lead ingots.

Moreover, the IME sold 3,530 tonnes of bitumen, 1,227 tonnes of polymeric products, 1,596 tonnes of slack wax, 735 tonnes of chemicals, 270 tonnes of argon and 25 tonnes of PDA TAR on its oil and petrochemical trading floor.

It's worth noting that the export ring played host to trade of 19,700 tonnes of bitumen.

IME's open aution trading floor was the next which saw trade of 4,000 tonnes of copper cathode, 3,000 tonnes of sodium sulfate and 200 tonnes of molybdenum sulfur.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 100 tonnes of aluminum oxide and 25 tonnes of kaolin traded on it.
