According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on the same floor 110,430 tonnes of steel blooms, 1,600 tonnes of galvanized steel sheets and 800 tonnes of CRC.

There were also 185,468 tonnes of cement sold on its cement trading floor.

Based on this report, the exchange saw trade of 22,843 tonnes of polymeric products, 4,178 tonnes of oil, 200 tonnes of bitumen, 140 tonnes of argon and 52 tonnes of slack wax (light grade) on its oil and petrochemical trading floor.

Moreover, the IME sold 100,000 tonnes of steel slabs type SM, 21,500 tonnes of steel slabs type C and 506 tonnes of PVC on its open auction trading floor.

It's worth noting as well that the IME's export ring saw trade of 53,720 tonnes of bitumen.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 920 tonnes of tissues, 620 tonnes of steel blooms, 500 tonnes of heavy oil, 300 tonnes of butadiene, 50 tonnes of aluminum oxide, 25 tonnes steel scraps and 7 tonnes of bulk continuous filament (BCF) traded on it.
