According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 36,000 tonnes of zinc dust, 33,201 tonnes of rebars, 23,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 14,981 tonnes of I-beams, 1,800 tonnes of HRS, 921 tonnes of angle bars and 260 tonnes of U-channels traded on its metals and minerals trading floor.

IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor was the next which saw trade of 30,126 tonnes of chemicals, 14,393 tonnes of polymeric products, 3,433 tonnes of bitumen and 150 tonnes of granular sulfur.

Moreover, the IME sold 19,128 tonnes of cement in matching trading system.

It's worth noting that the IME's open auction trading floor played host to trade of 4,944 tonnes of styrene monomer, 1,100 tonnes of 2-ethylhexanol, 900 tonnes of o-xylene, 553 tonnes of vinyl acetate monomer (VAM), 520 tonnes of 2-ethylhexanol and 340 tonnes of toluene diisocyanate (TDI).

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 200 tonnes of steel belts and 100 tonnes of aluminum scraps traded on it.
