According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 43,000 tonnes of lube cut, 9,593 tonnes of chemicals, 5,208 tonnes of bitumen and 2,800 tonnes of granular sulfur traded on the same floor.
In addition to that, the IME sold 31,968 tonnes of rebars, 13,500 tonnes of steel blooms, 700 tonnes of galvanized steel sheets, 5,400 tonnes of HRS, 525 tonnes of angle bars, 7,013 tonnes of I-beams, 300 tonnes of tinplate sheets, 534 tonnes of U-channels, 70,000 tonnes of zinc dust, 805 tonnes of copper wire, 200 tonnes of aluminum hydroxide and 90 trucks on its metals and minerals trading floor.
IME's open auction trading floor was the next which saw trade of 12,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 6,456 tonnes of styrene monomer, 1,430 tonnes of 2-ethylhexanol and 400 tonnes of toluene diisocyanate (TDI).
There was also 4,030 tonnes of cement sold in matching trading system.
It's worth noting as well that the IME's export ring saw trade of 36,948 tonnes of bitumen, 13,000 tonnes of steel blooms and 416 tonnes of light slack wax.
Last was the IME's side market which saw trade of 480 cubic meters of raw MDF, 620 tonnes of bituminous anodes (used in aluminum reduction industry), 191 tonnes of brass billets, 113 tonnes of copper sheets & strips, 35 tonnes of copper pipes, 27 tonnes of brass sheets, 14 tonnes of copper sheets and 3 tonnes of brass sheets and strips.
