According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 49,455 tonnes of rebars, sponge iron, I-beams, HRS, angle bars and U-channels.

IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor was the next which saw trade of 21,171 tonnes of chemicals and polymeric products.

Also, the IME sold 6,065 tonnes of cement on its cement trading floor.

Based on this report, the exchange saw trade of 4,944 tonnes of styrene monomer, 1,455 tonnes of 2-ethylhexanol, 900 tonnes of o-xylene, 320 tonnes of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 275 tonnes of vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) on its open auction trading floor.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 2,263 tonnes of bulk continuous filament (BCF), steel scraps, styrene butadiene, glass wool and used locomotive oil traded on it.
