On Sunday, September 11, 2022, commodities traded on IME weight 1,012,150 tonnes.
Cement Ranks First on the Second Day of the Week

According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 6,250 tonnes of aluminum ingots, 500 tonnes of aluminum billets, 450 tonnes of aluminum hydroxide, 1,220 tonnes of zinc ingots, 4,000 tonnes of copper cathodes and 2,200 tonnes of low-grade copper traded on its metals and minerals trading floor.

Next was the IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor with trades of 4,507 tonnes of polymeric products, 13,558 tonnes of chemicals, 200 tonnes of sulfur, 31,900 tonnes of lube cut, 230 tonnes of base oil, 253 tonnes of paraffin wax, 196 tonnes of slack wax and 26 tonnes of PDA TAR.

Based on this report, IME's open auction trading floor saw trade of 2,630 tonnes of vacuum bottom.

Moreover, the exchange traded 901,155 tonnes of cement on its cement trading floor.

It's worth noting that the IME's export ring played host to trade of 50 tonnes of insulation and 40,565 tonnes of bitumen.

Last was the IME's side market which saw trade of 100 tonnes of polyethylene wax.
