According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 170,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 16,050 tonnes of galvanized steel sheets for auto-makers, 200 tonnes of HRS, 10,000 tonnes of hot briquetted sponge iron (HBSI), 8,650 tonnes of aluminum ingots, 1,300 tonnes of zinc ingots, 550 tonnes of aluminum hydroxide and 900 tonnes of aluminum billets traded on its metals and minerals trading floor.

In addition to that, the exchange traded 1,408,081 tonnes of cement on its cement trading floor.

Based on this report, IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor saw trade of 5,680 tonnes of chemicals, 1,470 tonnes of polymeric products, 1,088 tonnes of oil, 290 tonnes of argon and 270 tonnes of bitumen.

Moreover, IME's open auction trading floor saw trade of 6,000 tonnes of copper cathode and 270 tonnes of molybdenum sulfur.

It's worth noting as well that the IME's export ring played host to trade of 40,000 tonnes of steel slabs, 10,123 tonnes of bitumen, 4,000 tonnes of copper cathode and 70 tonnes of insulation.

Last was the IME's side market which saw trade of 500 tonnes of aluminum oxide, 151 tonnes of printing & writing papers, 20 tonnes of molybdenum oxide and 29 tonnes of polyethylene wastes.
