According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on the same floor 41,990 tonnes of rebars, 5,267 tonnes of I-beams, 1,452 tonnes of angle bars, 1,000 tonnes of steel blooms, 850 tonnes of HRC and 650 tonnes of U-channels.

IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor was the next which saw trade of 18,861 tonnes of chemicals, 2,937 tonnes of polymeric products and 2,930 tonnes of bitumen.

Moreover, the IME sold 21,482 tonnes of cement in matching trading system.

Based on this report, IME's open auction trading floor saw trade of 1,980 tonnes of 2-ethylhexanol, 900 tonnes of o-xylene, 553 tonnes of vinyl acetate monomer (VAM), 120 tonnes of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 72 tonnes of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI).

It's worth noting that the IME's export ring played host to trade of 8,830 tonnes of bitumen and 200 tonnes of waterproofing materials.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 69 different type of scraps (battery and equipment), 740 tonnes of bituminous anodes (used in aluminum reduction industry), 165 tonnes of copper sheets and strips, 75 tonnes of steel scraps, 10 tonnes of plastic wastes, 5 tonnes of copper sheets and 5 tonnes of tissues traded on it.
