According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 13,900 tonnes of chemicals, 193 tonnes of base oil, 190 tonnes of polymeric products and 46 tonnes of motor oil traded on the oil and petrochemical trading floor.

IME metals and minerals trading floor was the next which saw trade of 31,194 tonnes of rebars, 14,354 tonnes of I-beams, 1,000 tonnes of steel blooms, 11,250 tonnes of steel sheets, 2,185 tonnes of angles and U-channels and 8 kg of gold bars.

Furthermore, IME sold 35,740 tonnes of cement in matching trading system.

IME's open auction trading floor saw trade of 7,100 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 4,440 tonnes of styrene monomer, 1,100 tonnes of 2-Ethylhexanol and 124 tonnes of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 435 tonnes of tissues, anhydride phthalic and carton wastes traded on it.
