According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 20,000 tonnes of hot briquetted sponge iron (HBSI), 2,200 tonnes of low-grade copper and 175 tonnes of aluminum hydroxide.

Next was the IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor with trade of 5,726 tonnes of chemicals and polymeric products.

Moreover, the IME sold 7,280 tonnes of copper cathode, molybdenum sulfur and sodium sulfate on its open auction trading floor.

It's worth noting that the IME's export ring played host to trade of 8,086 tonnes of bitumen.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 30 tonnes of bituminous anodes (used in aluminum reduction industry), aluminum oxide, molybdenum oxide and printing & writing papers traded on it.
