According to a report by the IME's international affairs and PR, the exchange also traded on its oil and petrochemical trading floor 28,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 22,102 tonnes of polymeric products, 4,000 onnes of lube cut, 1,414 tonnes of base oil and 316 tonnes of bitumen.

Next was the IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor on which the exchange saw trade of 21,500 tonnes of steel sheets, 10,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets and 125 tonnes of aluminum ingots.

 It's worth noting that there were also 17,945 tonnes of cement sold on the exchange within matching contracts.

Last but not least was the IME's side market on which customers purchased 525 tonnes of carbon black, kaolin and polyester staple fiber.
