On Saturday, June 1, 2024, the IME's cement trading floor witnessed trade of 926,161 tonnes of cement.

According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 292,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 169,250 tonnes of sponge iron, 33,850 tonnes of CRC, 27,200 tonnes of steel blooms, 13,750 tonnes of galvanized steel sheets, 4,893 tonnes of HRC, 2,852 tonnes of rebars and 2,422 tonnes of I-beams.

Based on this report, IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor saw trade of 24,000 tonnes of lube cut, 6,690 tonnes polymeric products, 3,623 tonnes of chemicals, 1,095 tonnes of granular sulfur, 925 tonnes of bitumen and 620 tonnes of argon.

Furthermore, the IME sold 105,000 tonnes of iron ore concentrate, 24,980 tonnes of vacuum, bottom, 3,000 tonnes of sodium sulfate and 354 tonnes of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) on its open auction trading floor.

It's worth noting that the export ring played host to trade of 57,647 tonnes of bitumen and 500 kg of saffron.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 435 tonnes of tissues, 750 tonnes of bituminous anodes (used in aluminum reduction industry) and 40 tonnes of steel scraps traded on it.
