According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 100,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 3,750 tonnes of CRS, 2,115 tonnes of copper wire, 2,000 tonnes of galvanized steel sheets, 550 tonnes of color rolled steel sheets, 500 tonnes of steel blooms, 400 tonnes of tinplate sheets, 275 tonnes of aluminum billets and 60 tonnes of aluminum alloy ingots.

Also, the IME sold 12,464 tonnes of cement in matching trading system.

Next was the IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor with trade of 68,696 tonnes of polymeric products, 44,000 tonnes of lube cut (heavy & light grades), 2,300 tonnes of linear alkylbenzene, 2,028 tonnes of PDA TAR, 350 tonnes of granular sulfur and 300 tonnes of sulfur lumps.

Moreover, the IME sold 148,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom on its open auction trading floor.

It's worth noting as well that the IME's export ring saw trade of 11,900 tonnes of bitumen.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 201 tonnes of metal scraps, 9 tonnes of brass sheets, 3 tonnes of copper pipes and 2 tonnes of copper sheets & strips traded on it.
