On Monday, April 24, 2023, the IME's cement trading floor witnessed trade of 1,062,039 tonnes of cement.

According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 105,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 12,500 tonnes of steel blooms, 6,956 tonnes of rebars, 6,647 tonnes of I-beams, 552 tonnes of U-channels and 220 tonnes of aluminum alloy ingots.

Also, the exchange sold 320 tonnes of polymeric MDI (PMDI) on its open auction trading floor.

Based on this report, the exchange saw trade of 19,671 tonnes of chemicals, 15,214 tonnes of polymeric products, 3,348 tonnes of base oil, 1,480 tonnes of slack wax, 200 tonnes of paraffin wax and 130 tonnes of argon on its oil and petrochemical trading floor.

It's worth noting as well that the IME's export ring saw trade of 8,060 tonnes of bitumen and 200 tonnes of insulation.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 10,000 liter of used locomotive oil, 6,662 tonnes of coil rebars, 285 tonnes of glass wool, 500 tonnes of heavy oil, 440 tonnes of rebars (made of alloy steel) and 250 tonnes of butadiene traded on it.
