According to a report by the IME's international affairs and PR, the exchange sold on the same floor 118,170 tonnes of cement, 5,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 20,000 tonnes of iron ore concentrate, 10,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 3,460 tonnes of copper cathodes, 2,700 tonnes of low-grade copper, 360 tonnes of zinc ingots, 2,625 tonnes of aluminum ingots, 275 tonnes of aluminum hydroxide and 300 tonnes of aluminum billets.

There was also 50,000 tonnes of fine iron ore traded on the IME's open outcry floor.

 Furthermore, the IME witnessed trade of 954 tones of slack wax, 3,788 tonnes of polymeric products, 24,000 tonnes of lube cut, 48,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom and 2,657 tonnes of chemicals.

Also, the exchange played host to trading 5,000 tonnes of bitumen and 105 tonnes of insulation on its export pit.

And finally, the IME's customers purchased 2,000 tonnes of aluminum oxide and 30 tonnes of monochloroacetic acid on its side market.
