According to a report by the IME's international affairs and PR, the exchange also sold on its oil and petrochemical trading floor 10,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 8,066 tonnes of chemicals, 2,900 tonnes of polymeric products and 450 tonnes of bitumen.

Next was the IME's metals and minerals trading floor on which the IME saw trades of 26,500 tonnes of zinc dust, 21,320 tonnes of rebars, 13,614 tonnes of I-beams, 2,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 1,450 tonnes of steel sheets, 1,005 tonnes of angles and 666 tonnes of U-channels.

Moreover, the IME experienced trade of 1,100 tonnes of 2-Ethylhexanol, 300 tonnes of toluene diisocyanate and 126 tonnes of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate on its open auction trading floor.

Last but not least was the IME's side market on which customers purchased 2,541 tonnes of cast iron filings, butadiene, dioctyl phthalate (DOP), car bumper wastes and plastic scraps.
