According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME also sold on its metals and minerals trading floor 13,500 tonnes of sponge iron, 161,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 96,000 tonnes of steel blooms, 966 tonnes of I-beams, 720 tonnes of rebars and 100 tonnes of U-channels.

Next was the IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor with trades of 4,185 tonnes of polymeric products, 12,700 tonnes of chemicals, 100 tonnes of sulfur and 44 tonnes of bitumen.

Furthermore, IME sold 100 tonnes of cement in matching trading system.

Finally, the exchange saw trade of 700 tonnes of bitumen and 450 tonnes of insulation on its export ring.
