According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, the IME also sold on its metals and minerals trading floor with trades of 84,780 tonnes of steel sheets, 21,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 11,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 770 tonnes of U-channels, 713 tonnes of I-beams and 585 tonnes of rebars.

It's worth noting that the IME's cement trading floor sold 783,223 tonnes of cement.

IME oil and petrochemical trading floor was the next which saw trade of 16,500 tonnes of lube cut, 6,575 tonnes of chemicals, 6,056 tonnes of polymeric products, 400 tonnes of bitumen, 200 tonnes of sulfur, 161 tonnes of paraffin wax, 92 tonnes of motor oil, 52 tonnes of slack wax and 416 tonnes of PDA TAR.

Furthermore, the IME also traded 5,610 tonnes of bitumen on its export pit.

Based on this report, the exchange traded 2,201 tonnes of metal scraps, coil rebars, polyester staple fiber (PSF) and calcium hypochlorite on its side market.
