According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 43,042 tonnes of polymeric products, 16,200 tonnes of chemicals and 1,561 tonnes of base oil traded on the oil and petrochemical trading floor.

IME metals and minerals trading floor was the next which saw trade of 18,459 tonnes of rebars, 11,350 tonnes of steel sheets, 8,378 tonnes of I-beams, 4,000 tonnes of steel blooms and 2,886 tonnes of angles and U-channels.

Furthermore, IME sold 1,990 tonnes of cement in matching trading system.

IME's open auction trading floor saw trade of 720 tonnes of styrene monomer, 1,100 tonnes of 2-Ethylhexanol and 54 tonnes of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.

Last but not least was the IME's side market with 215 tonnes of metal scraps and normal paraffin traded on it.
