According to a report by the IME's International Affairs and PR, there were 516,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 140,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 5,129 tonnes of I-beams, 2,000 tonnes of steel blooms, 100 tonnes of coil rebars and 242 tonnes of U-channels traded on its metals and minerals trading floor.

Moreover, the IME also traded 8 Saipa Shahin automobiles in matching trading system.

Based on this report, IME's open auction trading floor saw trade of 145,000 tonnes of fine iron ore, 20,000 tonnes of iron ore concentrate and 4,400 tonnes of vacuum bottom.

In addition to that, the exchange traded 790,865 tonnes of cement on its cement trading floor.

Next was the IME's oil and petrochemical trading floor with trades of 1,796 tonnes of polymeric products, 1,143 tonnes of chemicals, 403 tonnes of slack wax, 345 tonnes of paraffin wax, 7,715 tonnes of bitumen and 14,000 tonnes of lube cut.

It's worth noting that the IME's export ring played host to trade of 26,310 tonnes of bitumen.

Last was the IME's side market which saw trade of 24 tonnes of monochloroacetic acid (MCA).
