According to a report by the IME's international affairs and PR, the exchange traded on its cement trading floor 148,845 tonnes of cement.
It's worth noting that there were 80,000 tonnes of iron ore pellets, 30,000 tonnes of iron ore concentrate, 26,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 6,425 tonnes of aluminum, 5,000 tonnes of copper cathodes, 2,500 tonnes of low-grade copper, 420 tonnes of zinc ingots and 280 tonnes molybdenum sulfur on the IME's metals and minerals trading floor.
Furthermore, the exchange experienced trade of 41,000 tonnes of lube cut, 8,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 3,876 tonnes of polymeric products, 801 tonnes of chemicals, 676 tonnes of slack wax, 506 tonnes of base oil, 150 tonnes of sulfur and 112 tonnes of bitumen on its oil and petrochemical trading floor.
Last but not least, the exchange sold 2,174 tonnes of aluminum oxide, carbon black, carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) and monochloroacetic acid (MCA) on its side market.
