On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the IME witnessed trade of 280,000 tonnes of sponge iron and 83,220 tonnes of steel blooms on its metals and minerals trading floor.
On Monday, March 25, 2024, the IME's cement trading floor witnessed trade of 1,060,211 tonnes of cement.
Within the week ending on March 15, 2024, the IME witnessed trade of 4,175,615 tonnes of commodities with a total trading value of more than 991 million USD on its physical market.
On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the IME witnessed trade of 200,000 tonnes of steel slabs, 1,872 tonnes of styrene monomer, 900 tonnes of o-xylene, 560 tonnes of copper cathode, 320 tonnes of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 180 tonnes of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) on its open auction trading floor.
On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the IME's open auction trading floor witnessed trade of 180,000 tonnes of vacuum bottom, 10,000 tonnes of iron ore concentrate, 9,120 tonnes of styrene monomer and 2,500 tonnes of fine iron ore.
On Monday, March 11, 2024, the IME witnessed trade of 117,750 tonnes of steel blooms, 30,000 tonnes of sponge iron, 7,700 tonnes of CRC and 175 tonnes of zinc ingots on its metals and minerals trading floor.
