On Sunday, February 28, 2021, the IME traded on its open outcry trading floor 50,000 tonnes of fine iron ore form Falat Markazi Iron Ore Complex.
Within the week ending on 26th of February, the IME witnessed trade of 789,176 tonnes of commodities with a total trading value of nearly 445 million USD, showing a growth of 9% in volume of trades as compared to the week before.
On Saturday, February 27, 2021, the IME witnessed trade of 19,300 tonnes of bitumen on its export pit.
